OPERATION
A) Coins are inserted into the machine.
B) The dog is put onto the platform and the table raised to a suitable height.
C) The wash now goes through its cycle
 1 - Wash with hot water and shampoo
The button is pressed and lights up,the spray gun is used to spray a mix of water and shampoo onto the dog for as long as necessary to clean it.
2 - Anti-parasite solution and conditioner
Using the same spray gun,the dog is sprayed with a special anti-parasite solution, and a conditioner to soften the dog's hair. This product is kind to the skin and leaves the animal free from dangerous parasites for approximately 15/20 days.
3 - Rinse
The dog is rinsed with warm water. This phase removes all the suds, but does not affect the anti-parasite solution.
 4 - Dry 1
Instead of the pet shaking itself dry, a jet of warm air is used to remove the excess water.
5 - Dry 2
Now another hose is used to dispense hot air until the dog is completely dry and ready to leave the machine's platform.
6 - Disinfect
The animal is taken off the table and the unit is then disinfected, ready for the next customer.

SPECIFICATIONS
Cabinet:
The machine is manufactured in stainless steel and can be installed out of doors.
Size:
Width 2540 mm
Depth 800 mm
Height 1850 mm
Water:
The water is electrically heated and thermostatically controlled. There is no open flame as there would be with a diesel or gas heated system, making it suitable for use at petrol stations.
It has an internal water pressure adjuster, and therefore does not need minimum water pressure from the mains.
Additional water is automatically supplied if the water is cut off from the mains.
It heats the water to 24º, an ideal temperature for pets.
Double drying system:
A powerful air dryer at ambient temperature and a powerful hot air dryer.
Measures:
Dosing pumps are used for anti-parasite solution and shampoo, these supply the correct dosage at each stage.
Progress:
Lights indicate the current phase of the wash process.
The phases can be activated in any order.
After each wash, the machine is automatically disinfected and ready to be used again .
PLC:
The machine is PLC controlled with the PLC housed in a water proof case.
220 volt single or three-phase.
